Garlic Spaghetti with green Asparagus and Tomatoes

Recently Eric asked me what kind of food Gaby and I would prefer. I couldn't give a really good answer, because there's a variety of things we like. But here's a typical example. As you see, it is much more Italian than German ;-) But we like mediterranean food. I didn't cook that myself - just took some photos and then enjoyed the dinner ;-) - but it is quite simple.

So this page is especially for Eric.

The ingredients: spaghetti, green asparagus, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper The asparagus, cut into pieces, is cooked in olive oil with garlic. Roundabout 12 mins to get the asparagus "al dente". A few minutes longer if preferred softer. White asparagus will do as well.

Tomatoes added a few minutes later. Spaghetti also boiled "al dente". Everything put together in the casserole - the garlic must be well spread. Salt and pepper as needed.
